Melting Operator 3rd Shift
American Canyon, CA
$22.50/hour DOE
Must be available Monday to Sunday 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Responsibilities:
- Carry out melting of fat according to the Kanban
- Validate type of fat to melt and correct location of where fat will be sent
- Check sugar levels in PLC
- Monitor temperatures of melters
- Dump powder materials according to recipe
- Refill sugar silos according to requirements of the liquids area
- Must be able to receive raw materials in bags of 50lbs or less from warehouse
