Job Full Description
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our client in Dixon, California. This role supports daily shop and yard operations, including material handling, equipment assistance, and general labor tasks. The position follows a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, offering steady hours and a consistent schedule. Reliable, on-time attendance is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, staging, sorting, and cleanup.
• Assist skilled workers and equipment operators by preparing materials and maintaining workflow.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility or yard.
• Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to complete daily assignments.
