Cycle Counter
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Location: American Canyon, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime as needed)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy within our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine inventory counts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring all inventory records are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cycle counts of inventory in accordance with company procedures
- Compare physical counts to system records and identify discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner
- Accurately enter count results and adjustments into inventory systems
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all counts and findings
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to improve inventory accuracy
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous inventory or cycle counting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math and data entry skills
- Ability to use RF scanners and Pallet Jack
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
