Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Machine Operator to join our production team manufacturing insulated metal panels (IMPs) used in cold storage facilities, food processing plants, and commercial/industrial construction. In this role, you will operate panel-forming equipment, monitor production quality, and ensure smooth, efficient manufacturing of high-performance insulated panels.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor panel roll-forming machines

Set up machines according to production specifications, including panel thickness, profile, and length.

Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.

Load metal coils and insulation materials

Record production data including panel counts, scrap, downtime, and material usage.

Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff to meet production goals.
Skills & Qualifications

Experience operating industrial machinery in manufacturing or metal fabrication preferred.

Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

1–3 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.

Experience in metal panel production, roll forming, or insulated panel manufacturing is a strong advantage.
