Experienced Event Set-Up Crew Member
We are seeking experienced Event Set-Up professionals to join our team as we prepare for a busy upcoming season. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience setting up for weddings, graduations, corporate events, festivals, or large social gatherings, and are comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environment.
What You’ll Do

Set up and break down event equipment including tables, chairs, décor, staging, pipe & drape, tents, and signage

Follow event layout diagrams to ensure accurate room configuration

Load, unload, and transport event materials safely

Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet tight timelines

Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the event process
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of event set-up experience (weddings, graduations, corporate events, etc.)

Strong understanding of safe lifting and equipment handling
-
Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
-
Reliable, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
