Job Full Description
We are seeking friendly, reliable Event Staff to support our team during upcoming events. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and keeping event stations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Stand at an assigned table to greet guests and provide a warm, professional presence

Engage with customers, answer basic questions, and offer event information

Refill water pitchers and maintain hydration stations throughout the event

Keep the table area clean, organized, and fully stocked

Monitor guest flow and communicate any needs or issues to the event lead

Follow all event guidelines, safety procedures, and customer service standards
Qualifications

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Comfortable standing for extended periods

Ability to multitask and stay attentive in a busy environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor

Prior event or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
