Cemetery Groundskeeper — Job Description
Summary A Cemetery Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of cemetery grounds. This role ensures that the property remains a respectful, serene environment for families and visitors. The position involves landscaping, grounds maintenance, and assisting with burial site preparation.

Landscaping & Grounds Care — Perform mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, mulching, and planting to maintain a well-kept and serene environment.

Property Maintenance — Maintain walkways, roads, irrigation systems, and landscaped areas; remove debris, trash, and fallen branches.

Equipment Operation — Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, tractors, backhoes, and other landscaping equipment.

Safety & Compliance — Follow all safety procedures, maintain equipment, and ensure grounds meet cemetery standards and regulations.
Required Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, cemetery maintenance, or related outdoor labor

Ability to work in various weather conditions
