Now Hiring: Melting Operator – 3rd Shift
?? Location: American Canyon, CA
?? Pay: $23.00/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
?? Schedule: Monday–Sunday Availability Required
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Melting Operator to support production operations in American Canyon. Job Responsibilities
- Perform fat melting operations according to the production Kanban schedule.
- Verify the correct type of fat is being melted and ensure it is routed to the appropriate production location.
- Monitor and verify sugar levels using the PLC system.
- Continuously monitor melter temperatures to maintain product quality and process efficiency.
- Accurately add powdered ingredients according to production recipes.
- Refill sugar silos based on the production needs of the liquids department.
- Receive and transport raw materials from the warehouse, including bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written recipes and work instructions.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work the required schedule, including weekends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
