Now Hiring: Production Worker
?? Location: American Canyon, CA
?? Position Type: Full-Time | Evaluation Hire
?? Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Some Mondays may be required.
Are you looking for a hands-on production opportunity with a growing manufacturing company? We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team in American Canyon. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for quality, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
- Apply color and spray coatings to molds according to production specifications.
- Remove finished stone products from molds with care.
- Scrape and remove excess cement to ensure a quality finish.
- Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards.
- Pack completed stone products into boxes for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must provide at least two verifiable professional references.
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
