Job Responsibilities
- Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Package finished products according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Assemble boxes, prepare pallets, and stage finished products for shipment.
- Monitor packaging equipment and report any mechanical issues or production concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
- Keep the work area clean and organized while following GMP, food safety, and company policies.
- Assist with general production duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or packaging experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must provide at least two verifiable professional references.
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
