Position: Forklift Driver
Job Summary:
Responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move plants, pallets, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely to transport materials and products.

Load and unload trucks, pallets, and deliveries.

Move materials to designated storage and production areas.

Inspect the forklift before each shift and report maintenance issues.

Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Work with warehouse, production, and farm teams to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Expected Results

Materials are moved safely, accurately, and on time.

Minimal damage to products, equipment, and facility property.

Forklift is operated and maintained according to safety requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

1–2 years of forklift/material-handling experience preferred.

Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse or agricultural environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
