Retail Store Fixture Setup Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Retail Store Fixture Setup Associate to assist with fixture installations and merchandising projects. This position involves assembling and adjusting fixtures, and ensuring displays are set up according to specifications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and can lift and move store equipment as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, adjust, and relocate retail fixtures, shelving, racks, and displays.
- Set up merchandise areas according to project specifications and timelines.
- Ensure fixtures are properly secured, leveled, and positioned.
- Move fixtures, materials, and products throughout the store.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Work effectively with team members and store management to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with retail resets, merchandising, or fixture installation is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to use basic hand tools safely, if needed.
- Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and kneel.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
