Apartment Maintenance Assistant
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Apartment Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance team at a busy apartment community in Vacaville. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and assisting with a variety of property improvement projects throughout the day.
Job Duties:
- Assist with painting and paint touch-ups on apartment buildings and common areas
- Help complete general maintenance and property improvement projects
- Support maintenance staff with repairs and upkeep of the apartment community
- Clean and prepare work areas, tools, and materials
- Assist with grounds maintenance and property appearance as needed
- Perform manual labor and other duties assigned by the maintenance team
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to use basic hand tools safely
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist with a variety of maintenance-related tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
