Order Picker / Cherry Picker Operator - Napa County
Join a fast-paced warehouse team during the busy peak season! We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Order Pickers for afternoon and evening shifts. Additional Friday and weekend hours may be available based on business needs.
Job Duties:
- Operate a Cherry Picker and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Scan products and verify item quantities using warehouse management systems.
- Load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a Cherry Picker and other material handling equipment.
- Comfortable working at elevated heights while operating equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Schedule:
- Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.
- Regular schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
- Additional Friday and weekend shifts may be available or required based on workload.
- Overtime opportunities may be available during peak season.
