Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform receiving inspection, first article inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection
• Assist in generating customer quality documentation and any required uploads to customer portals
• Assist in creating part-specific inspection procedures, quality alerts, reports, as needed
• Create NCR on discrepant material/ parts as needed

 

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency utilizing a wide range of measuring instruments; experience with CMM's, video measurement systems, inspection hand tools, height gages strongly preferred

 

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

 

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, push, move, pull upto 50 lbs

Equipment Used:

• Proficiency in Zeiss Calypso programming and Zeiss O-inspect Coordinate Measuring Machines
• Proficiency utilizing microscopes for visual inspection is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing

 

Qualities Preferred:

• Ability to work with manufacturing to ensure the quality of products manufactured and resolve quality related issues during the first article and in-process inspection
• Detail-orientation, accuracy, organizational and interpersonal skills
