Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily inventory control activities to maintain accurate stock levels
• Perform and oversee cycle counting processes; investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions within the ERP/WMS system

 

Skills & Experience:

• Partner with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to proactively resolve shortages, overages, or variances
• Ensure all shipments are completed each day. Support the shipping department as needed to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure all receipts are completed in the day the material hits the dock with a deep focus on accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

 

Education:

• HS Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred

 

Physical Requirements:

• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar)

Equipment Used:

• Various hand tools, such as: Calipers, micrometers, scales, gauges, etc.

 

Qualities Preferred:

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
