Job Overview:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and professional delivery of plumbing products and materials to customers. This role plays a key part in maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction by providing efficient, safe, and courteous delivery service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Safely operate company vehicles to transport plumbing fixtures, parts, and materials to designated locations.
· Verify delivery orders for accuracy and completeness before departure.
· Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and professional interaction at each stop.
· Load and unload products carefully to prevent damage during transit.
· Maintain delivery logs, vehicle inspection, and other required documentation.
· Coordinate with team to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
· Uphold all DOT, safety, and company driving standards.
· Assist in warehouse operation, including picking own orders w/RF Gun, stocking and order preparation.
Qualifications:
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Experience in delivery driving, particularly in the San Francisco Bay Area
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to lift and move heavy plumbing materials safely.
· Familiarity with route planning, handheld delivery systems, or GPS navigation tools.
· May require early mornings, and overtime.
· Able to use Apps on company cell phone for vehicle inspections/maps and clocking in and out for lunch
