Overview:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and professional delivery of products and materials to customers throughout the Bay Area. This role plays a key part in maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction by providing efficient, safe, and courteous delivery service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport fixtures, parts, and materials to designated locations
- Verify delivery orders for accuracy and completeness before departure
- Provide excellent customer service through timely deliveries and professional interactions at every stop
- Load and unload products carefully to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain delivery logs, vehicle inspections, and other required documentation
- Coordinate with the team to optimize delivery routes and schedules
- Uphold all DOT, safety, and company driving standards
- Assist with warehouse operations, including picking orders with an RF gun, stocking, and order preparation
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Delivery driving experience, particularly in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
- Familiarity with route planning, handheld delivery systems, or GPS navigation tools
- Comfortable using apps on a company cell phone for vehicle inspections, maps, and clocking in/out
- Flexibility for occasional early mornings or overtime, as needed
