Express Employment Professionals is seeking an HR Assistant for a client in Firebaugh, CA. 

• Locations: Firebaugh, CA
• Full-Time | Seasonal Support through Harvest | On-site
• Industry: Agriculture / Nut Processing & Production
• Competitive Hourly Rate + Overtime + Weekly Pay
• Pay: $18-$20 

HR Assistant Duties

• Assist with onboarding seasonal employees, including documentation, orientation, and compliance
• Translate HR materials and facilitate communication between HR and Spanish-speaking team members
• Support timekeeping, scheduling, and employee record-keeping
• Answer HR-related questions and help resolve minor issues on the spot
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and a cool head in a fast-paced environment
• Pitch in wherever needed — it’s harvest season, after all!

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• 1+ years of HR or administrative support experience (ag or manufacturing a plus)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and not afraid of a little dust
• Comfortable working in an onsite agricultural environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability for extended hours/overtime during peak harvest weeks
