Building Maintenance Technician – Fresno/Clovis Area
Express Employment is looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Technician in the Fresno/Clovis area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has a variety of maintenance skills.

What you’ll be doing:

Completing work orders for rental properties

Performing general repairs and maintenance

Handling plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and other tasks as needed

Working both indoors and outdoors (must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions)
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field

Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Reliable and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
