Job Full Description

Job Title: Prepping/Grinder Associates – Fresno, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday

• Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

• Evening Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (Midnight)

Pay Rate: $16.50 – $18.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Prep and finish products to company standards

• Operate grinders, orbital sanders, and caulking guns

• Apply Bondo or similar materials as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety and quality guidelines

Required Skills:

• Ability to use hand and power tools (grinders, sanders, caulking gun)

• Previous experience working with caulking or Bondo preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
