Property Maintenance Technician – Fresno County (Sanger/Fowler Area)
Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for residential properties in Fresno County, primarily working in Sanger and Fowler. The ideal candidate will ensure the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of apartment communities and residential buildings. This role requires hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance work. The technician will work closely with property managers and tenants to address maintenance requests and maintain a safe, functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property management.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
- Conduct minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs as needed.
- Ensure property safety by identifying and resolving potential hazards.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance requests, and inventory of supplies.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.
- Assist with property turnovers, including unit inspections and necessary repairs.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
