We have an amazing opportunity in the Selma area!
We are currently hiring for a Cuber position with opportunities for growth and advancement!
This role requires candidates to be comfortable with heavy lifting, reaching, standing for extended periods, and working in an outdoor environment (under a covered area).
Position Duties Include:
• Monitoring concrete blocks as they come off the conveyor belt
• Reaching across the conveyor to inspect blocks for damage or defects
• Removing broken or damaged blocks and placing them into the scrap bin
• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
This position starts as a general labor role, assisting in the production of concrete blocks used in major projects such as freeway sound walls, subdivision fencing, the Chase Center in San Francisco, and the Save Mart Center at Fresno State.
Growth Opportunity:
The client is looking to train the right candidate to eventually operate a forklift and ultimately run the Block Machine!
