Job Full Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the complex
- Perform basic landscaping and groundskeeping duties
- Complete minor building maintenance and repair tasks as needed
- Assist with property upkeep and general maintenance projects
- Ensure common areas are clean, safe, and presentable
Requirements:
- Previous grounds maintenance and/or building maintenance experience is required
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
This is a temporary opportunity with a well-maintained apartment community. Candidates with prior apartment maintenance, groundskeeping, or facility maintenance experience are encouraged to apply.
