Electrical Assemblers (2 Openings)
Location: Tulare County
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!
Occasional mandatory overtime is required during project deadlines and high-production periods.
We are seeking 2 experienced Electrical Assemblers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in electrical panel assembly, industrial wiring, and automated equipment installation.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, wire, test, and maintain electrical panels, wiring, and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Install and wire high and low voltage electrical systems.
- Install and wire motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), photo sensors, limit switches, encoders, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Assemble and wire automated equipment used in post-harvest produce processing.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and components.
- Use electrical testing equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Complete installations accurately while meeting project specifications and deadlines.
- Communicate material shortages and project status proactively.
- Maintain accurate time entries and assigned work orders.
- Assist with inventory control of electrical parts and supplies.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience with industrial electrical assembly and panel wiring.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Knowledge of high and low voltage electrical systems.
- Experience with PLC wiring, VFDs, motors, sensors, and automated equipment preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
