Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced MIG Welder for a manufacturing client in Fresno.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions.
- Set up welding equipment and fabricate parts to specifications.
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Experience welding aluminum or stainless steel is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Thursday
- Summer: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- After Summer: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- $20.00–$22.00/hour DOE (Higher pay may be considered based on experience.)
- Evaluation-to-Hire
This position may be required to work overtime on Fridays and occasional weekends as production needs require.
