Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Fiberglass Fabricator for a manufacturing client in Fresno. This is a full-time opportunity for a dependable candidate with strong attention to detail and experience working with fiberglass materials.
Responsibilities
- Cut, laminate, and apply fiberglass materials.
- Mix and apply resins, adhesives, and gel coats.
- Use hand tools and equipment to shape, trim, and finish fiberglass components.
- Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with additional shop and production tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous fiberglass fabrication or composite manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience working with hand tools, resins, and fiberglass materials.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work in a physical manufacturing environment, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday
- Must be open to day or night shift opportunities
- $20.00+/hour DOE
