Requirements:
- 1+ year of janitorial, custodial, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the day
Job Duties:
- Perform general custodial and janitorial duties
- Clean and maintain work areas, facilities, and common areas
- Assist the Maintenance Department with small projects and daily tasks
- Help with general labor duties as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
The majority of the role will focus on custodial/janitorial responsibilities, with opportunities to assist the maintenance team with small projects throughout the day.
