CNC Machinist
Location: Fresno, CA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Overtime: May include Fridays and weekends as needed

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a manufacturing company in Fresno. This position involves setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce precision metal components while maintaining quality, accuracy, and production standards.
Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment.

Load and verify CNC programs, tooling, offsets, and machine settings.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring instruments.

Perform test runs and make adjustments to ensure parts meet required tolerances.

Monitor machining operations and troubleshoot equipment or quality issues.

Replace worn tooling and perform routine machine maintenance.

Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Requirements

Previous CNC machining and machine setup experience.

Ability to read blueprints and understand machining tolerances.

Experience using precision measuring tools.

Knowledge of CNC mills, lathes, tooling, and machine adjustments.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Ability to work independently and meet production goals.

Willingness to work overtime, including Fridays and weekends, as needed.
