Full time – Temp to hire
$18.50hr to $19.50hr depnding on experience
Monday thru Friday – 7:30am to 4pm
Busy supplier of name brand circuit breakers and accessories in the electrical wholesale industry is looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Burbank.
Summary: Seeking an organized, outgoing Office Assistant Receptionist. In this position, you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence, and calendaring. You may also assist with invoicing, updating client files, and ordering office supplies. Since you will be the first person clients see as they walk through our door, we are looking for an individual who can maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Respond to emails.
- Manage mail correspondence.
- Greet clients and visitors.
- Help maintain office calendar.
- Assist with invoicing.
- Perform data entry and filing tasks.
- Manage inventory of office supplies.
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Associate degree or bachelors degree preferred.
- Administrative or clerical experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency.
- Organizational and time management.
