Standup Forklift Driver

Full time - Temp to hire
Monday thru Friday - Swing Shift - 1:30pm to 10pm
$19hr to $20hr DOE
Busy cosmetics company in Pacoima is looking for experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join our team.
Summary: In this position, you will be responsible for moving product, stocking shelves and pulling orders. All applicants must pass a preemployment forklift operators test and have some general warehouse experience.
Responsibilities:
- Transfer pallets from receiving to picking floor.
- Scan incoming inventory and stock shelves.
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets for storage or shipment.
- Transport raw materials to production workstations.
- Pull orders and prepare for shipping.
- Provide general support to the rest of the warehouse.
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
- Clean as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Proven experience as forklift operator.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
- Physical stamina and strength to be on/off of forklift all shift.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Warehouse experience, preferably as a forklift or pallet jack operator.
