Admin Assistant for Travel Agency
La Crescenta, CA
Full time – Temp to hire
Monday thru Friday – 8am to 5pm
$21.50hr to start
A busy family business with a rich legacy dating back to 1952, dedicated to curating exceptional travel experiences and delivering unparalleled customer care is seeking energetic bilingual people for Admin Assistants.
Summary: Seeking individuals fluent in English and Spanish, to provide customer service directly to customers, as well as support agents with admin duties, data entry and phone calls. MUST HAVE STRONG EXCEL SKILLS.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Excel abilities.
- Bilingual – English & Spanish
- Desire to provide excellent customer service.
