Intake Specialist
Burbank, CA
Full time – Temp to hire
Monday thru Friday – 8am to 5pm
$23hr to $30hr depending on experience.
A personal injury law firm located in Burbank, specializing in car accident cases, is seeking a qualified Intake Specialist to join their Pre-Litigation Department. Must be bilingual, Armenian and English.
Summary: In this position you will be responsible for managing the initial contact and information gathering process for new clients. This role is crucial for ensuring that potential cases are accurately evaluated and processed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial intake with potential clients and gather relevant car accident information.
- Answer client inquiries, provide general information about the firm's services.
- Guide clients through the intake process.
- Sign clients up with DocuSign.
- Meet in person with clients that will be coming into the office to sign up.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Armenian.
- Must have an outgoing, compassionate personality.
- Make great first and lasting impression on clients.
- Experience in personal injury law.
