Stockroom Material Handler
Burbank, CA
Full time – Temp to hire
Monday thru Friday 6am to 2:30pm
$18.50hr to $20hr depending on experience
Busy manufacturer of highly engineered fluid and gas handling equipment, specializing in Air-Driven Liquid Pumps, Air-Driven Refrigerant Pumps, Hydraulic Drive Compressors, Gas Booster Compressor System, BuTech High-Pressure Valves and Hydrogen Valves Fitting and Tubing is looking for a Stockroom Material Handler to join their team in Burbank.
Summary: Provide support in Stockroom / Material Handling responsibilities in the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Put away and transact material from manufacturing orders (sub-assembly, machine shop, spare parts).
- Put away and transact material from inspection or receiving.
- Assign primary stock locations.
- Pull material and transact for work orders.
- Pull spare parts and prepare for shipping.
- Pull, assemble and transact kitting work orders.
- Cycle Count Daily (backup employee).
- Perform other duties as needed within materials group.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years’ experience in faced paced operations preferred.
- Good Attendance.
- Meeting Production deadlines.
- Quality of output.
- Professional Attitude and Teamwork .
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Computer skills are a necessity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferences:
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
- Knowledge of operating forklift will retrain.
- Must be flexible to work overtime when necessary.
