Office Administrative Assistant
Sun Valley, CA
Full time – Temp to hire
Monday thru Friday – 8am to 5pm
$20hr to $22hr depending on experience.
A leading producer of Flex, Rigi-Flex and Rigid PCB's and advanced PWB manufacturing for military and consumer industries is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join their team in Sun Valley.
Summary: The Office Administrative Assistant will provide direct administrative support to company owners and ensure efficient day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in both general administrative duties and shipping coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to company owners and management team.
- Answer and manage customer service inquiries via phone and email.
- Prepare and process invoices, billing statements, and related documentation.
- Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, scheduling, and office communications.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications:
- Required: Experience coordinating shipments with FedEx, UPS, DHL, including international shipments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred.
