Office Administrative Assistant

Sun Valley, CA

Full time – Temp to hire

Monday thru Friday – 8am to 5pm

$20hr to $22hr depending on experience.

 

A leading producer of Flex, Rigi-Flex and Rigid PCB's and advanced PWB manufacturing for military and consumer industries is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join their team in Sun Valley.

 

Summary: The Office Administrative Assistant will provide direct administrative support to company owners and ensure efficient day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in both general administrative duties and shipping coordination.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to company owners and management team.
  • Answer and manage customer service inquiries via phone and email.
  • Prepare and process invoices, billing statements, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry, scheduling, and office communications.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support business operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Required: Experience coordinating shipments with FedEx, UPS, DHL, including international shipments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred.
