?? Now Hiring: Temporary Shop Helper – Oxnard, CA
A small industrial sales, manufacturing, and service company in Oxnard, CA is looking for temporary labor helpers to assist with increased workload.
?? Position Details:
- Job Type: Temporary (4 weeks)
- Schedule: 7am-3:30pm 40 hours per week
- Location: Oxnard, CA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay: $20/hr (Depends on Experience)
?? Responsibilities:
- Assist with industrial manufacturing and assembly tasks
- Perform light-duty manual labor in a shop environment
- Use basic hand tools, metal drilling, and riveting tools
- Support mechanics, electricians, and welders as needed
- Follow directions and maintain a safe work environment
- Lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
?? Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma required
- Clean, valid driver’s license
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Must have steel-toe safety boots
- Previous experience in a diesel mechanic, electrician, or welding shop preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
