Schedule: 4/10 (Monday – Thursday) | Optional OT on Fridays!

Are you an experienced Welder looking for a consistent schedule and great opportunity in Ventura? We’re seeking skilled Welders to join a dynamic team that values precision, safety, and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components per specifications

Operate welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools

Set up, operate, and maintain various types of welding equipment

Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Qualifications:

Prior welding experience required (MIG, TIG, or Stick preferred)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics
-
Proficient with welding tools and measuring instruments

Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
