Janitor / Maintenance Technician – Senior Living Facility (Simi Valley, CA)
We are looking for an experienced Janitor / Maintenance Technician to support a large senior living community in Simi Valley, CA. This full-time position involves both light cleaning and general maintenance of apartments and common areas.
Duties Include:
🧹 Janitorial Tasks:

Trash removal
-
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping

Wiping down tables, counters, and surfaces using standard cleaning products
-
Maintaining clean and safe common areas
🔧 Maintenance Responsibilities:

General maintenance and repair work in apartments and shared spaces

Plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
-
Drywall patching and painting
-
Appliance installation or minor repairs
-
Responding to work orders and ensuring timely completion
All tools and equipment are provided.
📍 Location: Simi Valley, CA
🕗 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💵 Pay Rate: $22/hour
