Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fiberglass Boat Service Technician to join our service department. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of cosmetic and structural repairs on fiberglass boats, supporting daily service operations, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform fiberglass and gel coat repairs
- Complete cosmetic and structural restoration
- Apply bottom paint, buff, wax, and detail boats
- Install and rig components as needed
- Follow assigned work orders and timelines
- Communicate with Service Advisors and team for updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with fiberglass boats
- Strong knowledge of marine repair tools and techniques
- Ability to follow work orders and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
