Salary: $80,000–$100,000+ per year (Base + Commission)

Key Responsibilities

Sell equipment maintenance and repair services, parts, attachments, and approved products

Maintain technical knowledge of company products and services to support customer needs

Utilize company systems to document and manage all sales activities

Represent the company in a defined territory to promote product support services

Stay current on product features, competitor offerings, and industry trends

Assist customers with testing or operating machinery at their work sites

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity

Participate in company meetings, training programs, and communication initiatives

Demonstrate professionalism in all customer and community interactions

Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
Qualifications

1–3 years of outside sales experience

Strong computer and CRM system skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities
