?? Job Opening: Powder Coater – Full-Time
?? Location: Camarillo
?? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM/12:00 PM to 7:00 PM/8:00 PM
?? Pay: $20/hr (Higher DOE)
A local manufacturing shop is looking for a Powder Coater to join their team. This is a full-time role with training provided. Prior experience is a plus but not required — we’re willing to train motivated individuals!
??? Responsibilities:

Prepare parts for coating (cleaning, masking, hanging, etc.)

Apply powder coat using spray guns in a controlled environment

Operate curing ovens and monitor bake times

Inspect finished parts for coverage, color match, and defects
-
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all safety and quality standards
? Requirements:

Must be punctual and dependable

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Willingness to learn and take direction

Prior powder coating or painting experience is a plus
