Packer – Agricultural Production (Conveyor Belt)
Oxnard | $18/hr | Full-Time
We’re hiring Packers to work in a fast-paced agricultural facility. You’ll be responsible for packing fresh product as it moves down a conveyor belt and ensuring quality standards are met.
Duties:
- Pack agricultural product quickly and accurately from a conveyor line
- Inspect product for quality and remove any defective items
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and a fast-moving environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous packing or agricultural experience is a plus (not required)
