Now Hiring: Remote Customer Service Reps (2 Openings)
Pay: $19/hr
Assignment: December 15, 2025 – March 6, 2026
Contract Position
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Hours may vary during Tax Season (potential 6:00 AM start). Overtime possible Dec–Jan.
About the Role
We are looking for two Remote Customer Service Support associates to join our team for the upcoming season. In this role, you will support our Account Support Team as they manage Premier Accounts. You will work closely with internal teams to help resolve complex customer inquiries, provide clear communication, and know when to escalate issues appropriately.
This position involves customer communication, inbound call support, and conflict resolution. If you enjoy problem-solving and providing excellent service, this is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities

Assist Account Support Team with Premier Account requests

Support inbound customer calls and communication

Help resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues

Follow standard operating procedures while meeting deadlines
Requirements

Some college or 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or project management

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent presentation and customer-interaction skills
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Typing speed of 45–55 WPM

Must pass: Drug Test, Background Check, and National Sex Offender Search
