Job Title: Shop Helper
Location: Camarillo, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch). Occasional Saturday overtime may be required.
Pay: $18–$22/hour
About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Shop Helper to join our team! This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail and a proactive attitude are key.
Responsibilities:

Operate pneumatic pressing equipment

Deburr, cut, and sand materials
-
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:

Experience in a production environment and/or machine shop

Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Prefer experience using calipers

Strong math skills
-
Must speak English
