Job Title: Night Shift Supervisor – Metal Fabrication
Schedule:
Start time between 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
8–10 hour shifts
Monday–Friday
Pay:
$28–$33/hr DOE
(Higher pay available for the right candidate)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to oversee daily production operations within a metal fabrication environment. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, ensuring production goals are met while supporting the team wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead production staff to meet daily output and quality goals

Provide hands-on support on the floor as needed

Oversee and troubleshoot metal fabrication processes

Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment

Coordinate custom shipping needs, including crate building and shipping logistics
Requirements:

Strong background in metal fabrication
-
Working knowledge of press brake, punch press, laser, and welding equipment

Experience supervising or leading production teams

Experience with custom shipping and logistics

Bilingual (required)
