Job Full Description
IT Assistant/Tech. Temp for 1 Month:
Under the direct supervision provided by the Information Technology Manager, works independently to troubleshoot and maintain end user computers, servers and any other appliance while maintaining compliance and conformity with local, state, and federal requirements. Reviews, analyzes, and updates the agency’s software programs and systems on-site and off-site. Performs a wide variety of tasks related to both hardware and software programs and systems. Capable of assuming back-up responsibilities and accountabilities in the absence of the Information Technology Manager.
- Handles support/helpdesk requests from the entire organization, prioritizing requests; troubleshoots hardware/software problems. Resolve requests both in person and remotely.
