Job Full Description
Job Summary:
Operates independently one or more of the following: yarn twisters, fiber stretch breaker, yarn coater. Assist operators II and III in yarn carbonization and yarn pyrolization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Assists on raw material set-up and thread yarn material on equipment; places material on racks.
• Assists on Vacuum furnace loading and unloading.
• Continuously monitors and records process/equipment readings.
• Reports equipment or process problems.
• Records production and scrap on production log.
• Removes material after processing.
• Maintains equipment and work area clean.
