A local company in Santa Clarita is looking for Blending machine operators.
2nd Shift: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Work and Support Production line in the product of capsules
- Able to clean on Encapsulate machine.
- Understand concepts and work with Production equipment: Encapsulate Machine
- Support any issue in the production line and communicate with production equipment to Mechanic.
- Record on Batch per Product specification/Instruction Requirement. Report any issue or deviation of product to the Production Supervisor
- Monitor and Support Janitorial to keep Area clean and compliance to GMP.
- Work in the Production of the product of powders.
- Ability to load 10-50lb product per batch production in blending.
- Work with Grind/Mill equipment per Senior Blender instruction.
- Understand and Work with Production equipment: Blending
- Report any issue in Production regarding Production equipment to Mechanic.
- Report any issue or deviation of the product to Production Supervisor.
- Cleaning Blending Machine and Equipment.
- Support Janitorial to keep area clean and in compliance with cGMP.
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisors
- Special Position Requirements
- Exposed to various raw materials, including allergens (i.e. milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nut, peanuts, wheat, soy)
