Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with various hand and power tools. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by accurately assembling components and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Use measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, height gages, and indicators.
- Check expiration dates for tools and materials such as gauges, sealants, and primers.
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly, including: HELICOIL, bushing, pin, bearing, and Lee device installation.
- Part marking, soldering, potting, and wire harness assembly.
- Dielectric testing, troubleshooting, and riveting.
- Handle material logistics including stock pulls, packaging, labeling, and in-house transport using forklifts and pallet jacks.
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English effectively to follow work instructions and safety protocols.
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) – U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Proficient with hand tools and precision measurement equipment.
- Basic computer and touchscreen interface skills.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
