Assistant to VP in Private Equity
Location: On-site, Beverly Hills
About the Company:
Our client is a Real Estate Private Equity Firm located in Beverly Hills. The company is a dynamic and growing organization with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to excellence.
They are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Asset Management and the CFO.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior leaders and gain exposure to various aspects of the real estate business, including operations and marketing, while contributing to the firm’s continued success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support (60% supporting the VP of Asset Management):
- Serve as a key liaison between the VP of Asset Management, regional teams, and vendors.
- Manage the VP’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling communications.
- Travel with the VP as needed, gaining exposure to operational processes and contributing to strategic discussions.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Assist with expense reports, scheduling travel, and supporting with personal tasks as needed.
Support for the CFO (40%):
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, travel coordination, and correspondence management.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Marketing & Technology Responsibilities:
- Assist in market research to identify trends, customer apartment needs, and competitive positioning.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, banners, and brochures, as well as managing online marketing assets.
- Help with technology-related tasks, including maintaining Excel spreadsheets, preparing presentations, and assisting with website content.
Ideal Candidate:
- Trustworthy & Confidential: Must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, presentations, and managing digital marketing materials. A strong understanding of technology is crucial to succeed in this role.
- Smart & Solution-Oriented: Must be able to connect the dots and solve problems creatively and efficiently.

- Real Estate Industry Experience: A plus but not required.
- Travel Willingness: Travel may be required to assist with operations and gain further exposure to the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally within the real estate or operations field required.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, especially when interacting with senior executives.
Compensation:
- Salary: $75K–$95K, depending on experience.
- Competitive benefits package.
- In-office position, 5 days a week.
